Dear Evelyn,
With the little information provided, it is difficult for me to give you proper advise.
Usually, if one practises or applies sector Feng Shui; may have to use personal feelings i.e. not because; of `Feng Shui' related reasons but simply because one `fell in love' with an object of decoration e.g. metal windchime and wants to place it. Here, one may have to use personal feelings to see where it can be placed in the home.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
