Dear Cecil
The name of the condominium is Sunglade. It is located along Serangoon Ave 2 at its junction with Upper Searangoon Rd. It is not marketed yet. The land is in a slight depression and is bounded on the NE by Serangoon Ave 2, east by Upper Serangoon Rd, south by a petrol station and SW and west by a school and HDB flats respectively. The above ground MRT is about 150 metres east on the other side of Upper Serangoon Rd. The MRT tracks are running parallel with Upper Serangoon Rd. The site is rectangular in shape and is fairly large with planned 500 high-rise units.
