Dear Angeline,
Under macro Feng Shui; for Singapore, which is located in the south, ideal colour of doors especially entrance doors is white or represent the metal element.
For your case, I have seen the doors and felt that it is `minor' and in my opinion, will not have any effect on your family. As opposed to the headboard which is symbolic of sleeping in a tomb.
Therefore, I personally feel that there is no issue and there is no need to paint the lovely `natural' wood coloured door(s).
