Dear James,
There can be other factors other than the main entrance:
1. The common `problems' include Shapes and Form School of Feng Shui.
It is best that you look at the environment, the site and the home (based on shapes and form) and where possible identify or let me know any poison arrows aimed at your house
2. For the interior of the home, do consider the shapes and form school e.g. location of the toilets, the placement of bed...
3. Initially, try to check on the above, first.
