Dear Anon,
Perhaps, you do not mind elaborate further what you mean by "little sloping".
In general, ideally, the whole house should be slightly raised or rather before the house is built, it can be built on a slightly higher land.
Here, this means that the plot of land is even (not sloping on any side).
Without looking at it from a Feng Shui view-point, a slightly raised plot of land and drains, the house wouild have proper drainage.
