Hi Cecil,
I recently bought a house in Singapore that has a BIG 'drain' that runs alone the back, outside the fence. I was told it used to be a small river till it was covered with cement and converted into a proper drainage for the estate.
I heard that it's bad feng shui to have such a feature at the back of one's house. It signifies that money, which is represented by water, is flowing away from the house. Instead, it's good to have 'water' in front of the house. Is this true? If so, how could I correct this problem? Would moving my front door to the back / side help?
Thanks lots!!
Alice
