Dear Anon,
Ideally, the centrepoint of the house should be `clear' and avoid placing objects within this area.
This is because, it is the location where all the intangible forces "congregate."
From our work done and many instances where an owner has e.g. some kind of activity e.g. a stove in the middle or centrepoint; many of the breadwinners do encounter problems.

So long as having a furniture or a table at the location is acceptable. However, in my honest opinion, it is best not to place e.g. a decorative piece such a porcelain vase etc... where possible leave this location blank' of any objects that may sway the `neutral' balance to any of the elements. For example, best also not to place a PC or TV set directly at the middle point.

Excellent site. The best for beginners and for more advanced "amateurs". Hopefully, I will continue learning from it, and eventually become a premium member. Keep it up and prosper.... (I am learning that myself from my slow progress in I Ching and Fengshui).
