Dear Cleo,
Flying Star Feng Shui can help to detect sectors with imbalances.
In your case, if the sector identified has Lawsuits and some gossips involved, then it is prudent to neutralise this specific sector with a neutralising element.
In such a case, `big metal' or six coins (controlled by red string) for example is used to neutralise such bad element e.g. #4 (lawsuits and gossips).
Remember that this is distinct from your personal element e.g. Strong metal.
The purpose here, is the home Feng Shui. Where, be it a strong or weak metal or other elements e.g. strong/weak fire, wood, water or earth.
Here, if there are imbalances and especially in your bedroom.
In order to effectively use the `cure' one has to hang or paste it at that specific sector.
The cure has to be seen. And not hidden. The most appropriate location is e.g. say South-East wall. It can be hung over e.g. the curtains or pasted on the wall higher than the curtain rail.
It can be strung in a straight line or circular and over-lapping.
Sample pictures of are shown under the following url:-

As mentioned earlier, beside your individual element, we have to neutralise the imbalance caused at the specific sector i.e. the Feng Shui birth chart of the house.
The Feng Shui birth-chart shows imbalances and has to be balanced with big metal.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

User's Comments After browsing many many feng shui sites, I came to one conclusion: your site is the most sensible, reasonable and helpful one of all. I've been to sites where they want to sell you just about anything and everything. The information they are willing to give is so trivial and one senses that the only thing they are interested in is to make money and sell you products that might and might not fit in with your decor or your culture, and of course doesn't serve the purpose of curing and or enhancing. Sorry for the long message, but I have a friend who spent a fortune buying all types of figurines to cure then to enhance and then eventually all she got was more figures on her credit card and no luck! I believe that what one should do is get your advise first because it makes so much sense and it is always sincere. I also believe that people should buy things that pleases their eye and provide a sense of beauty and balance. Again sorry for the long message and thank you for a wonderful site.
