Topic: confused with using fire to enhance water

Dear Cecil,
I am a weak earth person. From my career report it said that water is my wealth representation and mentioned that according to my pillar, I will not completely enjoy this wealth unless I enhance with Fire. But won't water put off fire? and water also supposingly destruct fire which is use to enhance my weak earth.
