Dear Piet,
Frankly, there is not much one can do here. However, it is not an issue if:-
1. the toilet bowl is not directly above the main entrance.
2. sewerage pipes are not directly above the main entrance.
If it is a toilet, usually, the proper water-proofing e.g. of the floor.
So long as there are no sewerage pipes running down the main entrance area (e.g. covered by false ceiling) this is acceptable.
The only "last resort" is to relocate the toilet. (Usually this is not possible). Otherwise, frankly, there is really not much one can do.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
